Amazing experience At first we have a doubt since its our first time coming to India but the team gave us an unforgettable experience. To Mr chaman whose being polite,respectful and making us feel safe and comfortable through the journey,a big THANK YOU. The team was very approachable whatever and whenever it is. Overwhelming experience SPITI circuit trip organised by Trans Himalaya Travels was wonderful. Ajay ji, Jitender Ji and the whole team was very helpful and instrumental in making the trip memorable for us. Our allocated driver was also well equipped with adequate knowledge and was professional who helped cover all places as per the itinerary. The hotels and homestays were very good with good service, very good and understanding people and furthermore with good views from each of the places of stay. The hospitality and people of this brand are very good. Looking forward for more overwhelming experience with Trans Himalaya Travels in the future.

Sangla - Kalpa - Chitkul -> A memorable trip with friends (and everyone's 5 year olds) We were a group of 12 adults who were ambitious enough to plan a trip to Himachals ( Kinnaur valley) with 7 kids (5 year olds) in the month of May'22 . This is the first time the kids were travelling to a mountainous region and hence we had to strike a balance while planning (sight seeing + leisure time). Trans Himalaya Travels helped us chalk out an itinerary which was kid friendly. The stay options were tailored to suit our needs and our coordinator -Gaurav and Amit was constantly in touch with us during the entire journey From Chandigarh - Solan - Sangla - Ratcham - Chitkul - Kalpa - Shimla - Chandigarh making sure that our day was going as per the plan . Yes we did have a last minute glitch where the planned tempo traveler/driver was out of action and hence he had to quickly arrange for another one. Our experience with him was not up to the mark but Gaurav still continued to be our point of contact and he made sure our concerns were being constantly addressed. They knew their job and the mountains pretty well and hence we kept getting constant guidance on the what's and the if's which popped up in our mind during our trip. They have promised us some of the best Kinnaur apples once the season starts. Eagerly awaiting for that :). Thanks Gaurav and Amit for helping us with this memorable trip

Excellent trip arranged by Trans Himalayas We went for a trip to Shimla and Manali on 1st September with my family. The tour was organized by Trans Himalayas. It was really an amazing trip I could not find words to say how we all enjoyed. Mr. Ajay Sharma had organized the tour so well and customized the package based on our requirements. He was very responsive and guided us properly. Also, Mr. Devinder who drove the car showed us all the places without any misses. He was also very courteous and friendly. The hotels we stayed also needs a mention, Zion Shimla, Royal Castle Kasol, and Snow Peak Retreat Manali. The hospitality at all these hotels were really great. We did not face any hassles throughout our journey. I would highly recommend Trans Himalayas for this Shimla packages. Finally, I would like to thank Ajay Sir and Devinder Bhaiya who made this trip memorable.

Great Experience The trip was a great experience and we enjoyed it very much. The facility given at hotel ( Shimla Cedar Cottage) was good. Ambiance is just amazing, travel agent had been very helpful and cooperative... Coming to Manali, it is little tough to travel in that narrow roads ( specially DP Dreams Hotel area ), and also hotel ambiance is not up to the mark....Trans Himalayas team is very much good in hospitality... Way of talking to the tourists is just ultimate...Treated us like a family...Car driver is undoubtedly excellent....Finally in simple words it was a hassle-free holiday for us..... Excellent service and the best for Spiti Trip In this particular industry, customer delight is something which you don't find it very easily. To have customer delight you will sometimes need to pay a heavy price to match the level of what Trans Himalaya offers you at a very pocket friendly package.When it comes to Trans Himalaya Travels Pvt. Ltd.they will always surprise the customer by exceeding their expectations.Mr. Ramit ( director/ founder of this company) and Mr. Deepak(Sales executive) are truly the gems of the company who make it very smooth and will give you tailor made packages according to your date requirements.From initial days both of these guys were in touch with us until we all reached home safely.Starting from the driver Mr. Kamal (Kamlesh Sharma) who was with us since day 1 where he patiently waited for us at Chandigarh station on 13th August 2022, he was with us even after our tour package got over. There was an instance where on 20th August 2022 we had boarded the zing bus for Delhi which got stuck somewhere in the night 2 hours from Manali, coincidentally the driver Mr. Kamal was in Manali and somehow he got to know that we had got stuck there and due to landslides and road blockage. He called us at 1:30 am and came to check on us whether we are all fine and if any help is needed. This is just beyond one could not imagine that late in midnight even after your tour package is over and these guys are still serving us beyond their time limits. Special thanks to Mr. Kamal for always being there with us, he surely needs to be rewarded for this gesture.The stakeholders of the company, the hotels, the logistics, travel everything was so so smooth that it just felt like home and everything went in so ease felt like we all are on a family trip. Never felt like an outsider although it was our first time with Trans Himalaya Travels.So bottom line is that if anyone is planning for North trip like Himachal, Kashmir, Leh etc no one is better than these guys. They are the best in all categories of the package they offer. To be honest, i literally don't have any negative points where I can share pain points for them because it was that perfect. The special point which I want to highlight that showed the level of customer engagement Trans Himalayan had was every evening Mr Ramit used to call us and check with us in regards to the stay, check in, food, tour and everything. On few days we made request for early breakfast, jain meals etc Mr Ramit took the onus on himself and made sure that arrangements were made and delivered to us. True examples of great customer service.My only feedback to you guys abt the hotel and that to towards one particular hotel in Sissu Hotel Aliyas is you need to change it to some better hotel, other than that like I said everything was delivered above our expectations.Kudos to you and your team, you guys are just amazing !! We have already planned our next destination, and we shall contact you very soon and our request would be to block Mr. Kamal's calendar for those dates. Hoping to travel back soon with you guys.
